You can reach the Hotel Munde best of all by car.
Please note that a motorway tax disc is required on the Austrian motorways!

Travelling to your holiday destination in Telfs. Either from the north from Germany (A95 Munich), from the west from Vorarlberg (A12), or from the east from Innsbruck (A12). Leave the motorway at either the exit „Telfs-West“ or „Telfs-Ost“. Then stay in the direction towards the “village centre” (Rathaussaal). The Hotel Munde is at Untermarkt 17. In the village plan you will find a detailed map.

A motorway tax disc is required on the Austrian motorways. You can obtain this disc at either the petrol stations or at newsagent kiosks either for a period of ten days, two months or one year. Do not forget the motorway tax disc as a fine will be charged if this is not displayed on your vehicle!

If you have planned excursions to the ski region or other areas in the winter please make sure your car is suitably equipped for winter driving conditions. Winter tyres are compulsory but in the event of severe winter weather conditions snow chains are often required in addition for the mountain roads. It is recommended to take professional advice for the specific winter equipment for your vehicle.

It is relatively easy to reach the Hotel Munde by plane. The Hotel team are happy to organise a transfer to collect you from Innsbruck airport and bring you to Telfs, please let us know at the Hotel.

You can arrive either at Innsbruck airport or at Munich airport which is 160 km away from Telfs. At the airports there are various car rental companies available (in this case please note the requirements for arrival by car!)

You can also take the public transport from Innsbruck airport. The bus from the airport will take you to Innsbruck railway station and from there you can either take the train or the bus on to Telfs.
